Happiness in the Work of Teachers Udomthammakhun School Group Under the Office of Suphanburi Primary Education Area Office 1

Abstract

This goal of the research : 1) To study the happiness level of UdomThammakhun teacher group under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 working 2) To compare yhe happiness of Udomthammakhun teacher group under Suphanburi Primary Education Area office 1 working by classified personal factor  The sample group consisted of Udomthammakun teacher from 10 school is 110 teachers and teachers employees. The research instrument is questionnaires that has the reliability at 0.709, data analysis, quantitative research is frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-value, f-value at the significance level of 0.05 were utilized in the quantitive analysis. Meanwhile, content analysis was leveraged in the qualitative analysis.

               Research’s Results : 1) the orerall of happiness’s lerell of Udomthammakhun teacher under Suphanburi Primary Education service Area office 1 is high level.  When classified, it was  found that the top of happiness’slevel is working,acceptance, job satisfaction and the least of happiness’s lerel is compensation aspects. 2) Compare the happiness’s lerel of  Udomthammakhun teacher group under Suphanburi Primary Education service office 1’s working is different because they are different sex, education, income and working life. And compare the happiness’s lerel of  Udomthammakhun teacher group under Suphanburi Primary Education service office 1’s, working found that overall if they are  different age,thhe happiness’s working level is not different.
