This research aims to 1) Develop an online outpatient queue booking systems 2) Study on the satisfaction of users of the online outpatient queue booking system. And 3) To study the adoption of technology that affects the decision to use the online outpatient queue booking systems. This research is a quantitative research and qualitative research. By using survey research methods and in-depth interviews. The target group is doctors, professional nurses. and related staff of 5 people and users of the patient booking system for 65 people, a total of 70 people. The researcher used a specific selection method. The tools used for data collection and statistical analysis were interview forms and questionnaires. The statistical values were descriptive statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1) From the Covid-19 epidemic situation, there are many people who come to use the service. causing people who come to use the service to crowd Crowded in each visit to health care or treatment. The development of an online queue booking system was developed to facilitate service users to get the most convenient and fastest in advance booking service. 2) The satisfaction of the users of the online outpatient queue booking system found that The overall picture is at a high level. ( = 4.47, S.D. = 0.52) And 3) The acceptance of technology that affects the decision to use the online outpatient queue booking system found that the overall level was at the highest level. ( = 4.50, S.D. = 0.62)
