Leadership Factors of the President of Wat Yom Subdistrict Administrative Organization Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province that the people of Wat Yom Subdistrict expected

Abstract

The Objectives of this research article were to : 1)  To study the level of expectation towards the president of Wat Yom Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Bang Pa-in District 2) To compare the level of expectation towards leadership of the president of Wat Yom Subdistrict Administrative Organization. in the administration of Wat Yom Subdistrict Administrative Organization Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province The sample group used in this research was the people who had the right to vote in Wat Yom Subdistrict. Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province It was obtained from random sampling from the population by determining the sample size according to Taro Yamane's table. A total of 342 people were sampled. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were: Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and testing the hypothesis, analyzing the data by determining the t-test and the F-test or the One Way ANOVA value. Wat Yom Subdistrict Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province found that the overall level was at a high level. in the administration of Wat Yom Subdistrict Administrative Organization Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, classified by gender, by age, found that overall, there was no difference. It was statistically significant at the 0.05 level and classified by the highest level of education, occupation and monthly income. The overall picture is different. statistically significant at the 0.05 level
