The study of people's understanding of the formation of a political party and the dissolution of a political party is a study of the concept of the formation of a political party. In the case of Thailand, political parties were born during the years 1932-1933. Subsequently, the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, BE. But there is still no law to support political activities. until it was established "Democrat Party" on April 5, 1946, with Mr. Khuang Aphaiwong as the first party leader. And there was the Political Party Act, 1955, which was the first political party law that required the establishment of a political party formally. and in the year 1968 the constitution was successfully drafted and promulgated Therefore, the establishment and operation of political parties shall be in accordance with the provisions of the law on official political parties. In the study of people's perception of the birth of a political party and the dissolution of a political party, it was found that The sample group had knowledge about acknowledging the news about the birth of a political party and the dissolution of a political party and attending to the speeches of political parties/politicians in accordance with the principles of democracy on the principle of self-government. Democracy will allow citizens to participate in policy making, express their views directly and have elected representatives indirectly acting on their behalf. Both of these approaches are based on a majority of votes to settle issues and liberties. Democracy believes that freedom is good and beneficial to oneself and the public.
