Abstract

Good governance it can be considered as an important dimension of public administration. which has now been brought Determined as a vision to be used to drive the country's development in both the public and private sectors. in order to truly be effective in operating by focusing on the interests of the people to achieve the effectiveness of the organization is the ability of the organization to achieve the goals as set This is measured by the actual performance of the personnel. and then compare it with the specified operational goals. These operational goals are linked to the official goals of the agency. Assessing the effectiveness of achieving goals is a measure of the final success of the performance. This is appropriate for an organization that has clearly defined goals, enough to create understanding and consensus among the parties as well.
