Work Motivation of Teachers and Personnel of Primary School , Mueang Tak District, Tak Province

This research aimed to study the level of work motivation of teachers and personnel and to study the personal status of the respondents affecting the work motivation of teachers and personnel of Primary School, Mueang Tak District, Tak Province. The population and sample were teachers and personnel of Primary School, Mueang Tak District, Tak Province by using non-probability sampling method as well as randomly selecting the sample using quota sampling method. Because of the importance of the information, then the respondents are voluntary in providing the research information. The research results showed that the level of the work motivation of teachers and personnel of Primary School, Mueang Tak District, Tak Province in overall was at a high level (average = 4.48). When considering each aspect, it was found out that all aspects results high levels of quality of working life in descending average as follows: live together conditions (average = 4.92), social attractiveness (average = 4.81), ideal benefaction (average = 4.65), the opportunity for the feeling of enlarged participation in the course of events (average = 4.45), incentive of personal opportunities (average = 4.38), adaptation of working conditions to habitual methods and attitudes (average = 4.38), incentive of physical condition (average = 4.32), and material inducements (average = 4.29), respectively. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the work motivation of the teachers and personnel of Primary School, Mueang Tak District, Tak Province based on the information of the respondents that classified by gender, age, marital status, education level, position, and work experience reflected no difference in work motivation with the statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
