Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of management of professional learning community of Bachelor of Thai Traditional Medicine Administrators, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Northern College and 2) to compare the level of management of professional learning community of Bachelor of Thai Traditional Medicine Administrators, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Northern College. Collecting the data from 30 of administrators, Bachelor of Thai Traditional Medicine , Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Northern College. As the data of the respondents were important, the respondents must voluntarily provide the information. The research tool was a questionnaire, which contained the checklist section and the 5-level rating scale section. Data were analyzed in terms of frequency, means, standard deviation, t-test. The research results found out that the overall of management of professional learning community of Bachelor of Thai Traditional Medicine Administrators, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Northern College was at a high level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were at a high level. In the order of the sides with descending mean as follows: collaborative teamwork, shared leadership, supportive structure, caring community, professional learning and development, shared vision, respectively. The test compared the characteristics and status of the respondents at different from sex, educational level and experience were average the level of management of professional learning community of Bachelor of Thai Traditional Medicine Administrators, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Northern College wasn’t different. The characteristics and status of the respondents at different from age was average the level of management of professional learning community of Bachelor of Thai Traditional Medicine Administrators, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Northern College was statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
