Abstract

The purpose of this research were: 1) To study the moral building on working of administrative officials, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prosecutor’s office. 2) Comparison moral building on working of administrative officials, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prosecutor’s office classified by personal factors, and 3) To study the guidelines for moral building on working of administrative officials, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prosecutor’s office. The research was the mixed method and the quantitative research. The sample group used in this research was 92 administrative officials, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prosecutor’s office. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The confidence value was .953. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, place test, and one - way analysis of variance. The qualitative research collected data from interviews. Group of 7 key informants. Analysis by content analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The moral building on working of administrative officials, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prosecutor’s office. Overall, it was at the high level. 2) Office administrative officials, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prosecutor’s office with gender, age, different marital status, level of education, position, position level, operational period and average monthly income period. There was no difference in moral building on working and 3) Guidelines for moral building on working of administrative officials, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prosecutor’s office: although of interviews, there are 2 arear which stand out as areas that could be improved upon: 1) management policies; 2) working conditions.
