Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the level of the opinion of Thai tourists on the marketing mix of hostel accommodation in Bangkok. This research is a quantitative study and data collection using questionnaires used to inquire about Thai tourists who use hostel accommodations in Bangkok. The population group studied was 400 people, and analyze data with statistics programs using descriptive statistical. For find out frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation values, and inferential statistics with hypothesis analysis by T-test and one-way ANOVA or F-test. At a significant level 0.5. The results found that 1) the behavior of accommodation at hostels in the Bangkok area It was found that the majority of respondents knew about hostel accommodations in Bangkok by searching the internet or social media, choose to stay at the hostel because of the full amenities and the holiday season. They also choose to use the hostel accommodations once a month for 1,001–1,500 baht per time, and most of them travel alone to use the hostel accommodations, using public transport (MRT, BTS) to use the service. 2) The sample has an overall opinion level on a product, price, distribution channel, and promotion. personnel, physical, and process aspects at the agreed level. 3) The sample had an overall impression of the environment seen around it, reliability, response to demand, trust, and care levels are in respectively agreement.
