Relationship Between Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment of Health Personnel in Bangkok

The purpose of this study was to 1) study the level of organizational climate. 2) to study the level of organizational commitment of public health personnel 3) to compare their commitment to the organization of health personnel classified by personal factors and 4) to study the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment of public health personnel in Bangkok The samples used in this research were personnel, workers in hospitals and offices under the Medical Bureau, Health Bureau, and Public Health Service Center, Health Bureau. In Bangkok, 300 people collected data by using a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. analysis of variance and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. Statistical significance was set at the .05 level. The results of the study revealed that 1) the organizational climate level of health personnel The respondents had a high level of opinions (mean 3.90) with the highest average opinions on support. 2) Organizational commitment level. of health personnel The respondents had their opinions at a high level (mean 3.99), with the highest average opinion on persistence commitment. 3) The results of comparing organizational commitment. of health personnel Classified by personal factors found that personnel with different personal factors. have different organizational commitments, it was found that public health personnel in Bangkok with different genders, ages, job titles and incomes Have a relationship with the organization and 4) the results of the study of the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment of health personnel. In the jurisdiction of Bangkok, it was found that the organizational atmosphere in all aspects There was a correlation with the organizational commitment of health personnel. in Bangkok with statistical significance at the .05 level.
