Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study of the condition of moral school management of regional special education center 7phitsanulok The study was conducted according to the 6-step moral school management process of the moral school center, namely: 1)creating awareness and acceptance 2)building teachers, leading students, leading  3)moral identity of school 4)determination of methods for achieving moral school identity, 5)action to achieve change goals, and 6)establish mechanisms to drive moral schools. The population used in this research were: A total of 92 teachers and educational personnel. The instrument used in this research was a 5-level estimation. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The result showed that the overall results of the level of moral school management of regional special education center 7 phitsanulok was at a high level. Considering each side, it was step the highest average is establish mechanisms to drive moral schools. In the other hand, the step with the lowest average is building teachers, leading students, leading.
