The Morale Building in The Performance of Administrators in The Regional Special Education Center 7 Phitsanulok

The purpose of this research was to study about morale building in the performance of administrators in The Regional Special Education Center 7 Phitsanulok. The population used in this study were : A total of 92 teachers and educational personnel. The instrument used in this research was a 5-level estimation. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The result showed that the overall results of the level of morale building in the performance of administrators was at a high level. Considering each side, it was found that the side with the highest average is salary and welfare. In the other hand, the side with the lowest average is status.
