Factors Affected towards Internal Quality Assurance of Excellent Schools, Phattalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research study were 1) To study about the factors as following aspects, administrators, communication, teachers and also community participation of Excellent schools. 2) To study the results of internal quality assurance performance of excellent schools.   3) To study factors affected towards internal quality assurance of excellent schools, Phattalung Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was 186 administrators and teachers determined the size using the finished table of Krejcie and Morgan randomized sampling without replacement. This research was collected the data by a questionnaire. The statistics were used for data analysis using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation as well as multiple linear regression analysis. It was found that 1) The factors of excellent schools of Phattalung Educational Service Area Office 2 on the whole were in high levels considered each aspect, teachers were in high level. 2) The internal quality assurance of excellent schools of Phattalung Educational Service Area Office 2 on the whole were in high levels considered each aspect, administration and management were in high level of mean. 3) Factors affected towards internal quality assurance of excellent schools, Phattalung Educational Service Area Office 2 were teachers and community participation significantly at the level of 0.01
