Administration Affecting to Internal Quality Assurance of Small Schools in Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research study were 1) To study small schools administration. 2) To study small schools internal quality assurance.  3) To study administration affecting on internal quality assurance of small schools in Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample was 201 administrators and teachers. This research was collected the data by a questionnaire. The statistics were used for data analysis using percentage, frequency, percentage, standard deviation as well as multiple regression analysis. It was found that 1) Small schools administration on the whole and each aspect was in high level which had mean ordered from the highest to the least, Personnel Management, General Administration, Academic Administration and Budget Administration respectively. 2) Small schools internal quality assurance on the whole and each aspect was in medium level which had mean ordered from the highest to the least, learner- centered leaning management, administration and management process as well as learners’ quality respectively. 3) Administration affected on internal quality assurance of small schools was as following, Academic Administration, General Administration and Budget. Administration which could be explained variance of internal quality assurance at the percentage of 80.70 significantly at the level of 0.01
