The purpose of this research were 1) to study the level of work efficiency of the personnel of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Pathum Thani Province. 2) to compare the work efficiency of the personnel of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Pathum Thani Province. 3) to study the relationship between work motivation and work efficiency of the personnel of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Pathum Thani Province. The sample use in the study were 230 personnel of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Pathum Thani Province. Data was collection by questionnaires. Statistical tools were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. By setting statistical significance at the level of .05 The results of this study showed that the efficiency in the performance of personnel of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Pathum Thani Province was a whole was at a high level. The hypothesis testing revealed that the Personnel of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Pathum Thani Province with personal factors such as gender, age, education level, job title and average monthly income difference had not difference performance efficiency; While the motivation to work had a high level correlation with the work efficiency of the personnel of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Pathum Thani Province at the statistical significance level of .05
