The Development of Public Administration Network: A Case Study of Self-Reliant Defence Industry

Abstract

The research objectives aimed: 1. to study the evolution of government networks in the self-reliant defence industry. 2. to study the government network model in the self-reliant defence industry. 3. To study problems and obstacles in the operation and development of government networks in the self-reliant defence industry. To select a specific sample group, the sample group used to collect the research interview will be considered. The key data providers used in the research were those involved in operation of the defence industry by selecting to interview both the executive and operator levels of 30 people in order to obtain information in all dimensions, both policy and practical. This research was qualitative. According to the research results, encouraging cooperation among network partners is an important factor influencing the operation and development of government networks in the defence industry towards self-reliance. As a result, the government sector should focus on encouraging collaboration among related organisations, both government and non-government, and particularly the private sector. In order to encourage the formation of network alliances based on the cooperative security concept, which is a way to solve problems that require cooperation between the government and relevant private sectors to achieve the goals effectively. It can also be used to promote educational collaboration. cooperation in research and development and manufacturing as collateral internal security and to support national industrial development.
