Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Disclosures Listed on the Stock Exchange Industrial Products and Resource Industries Affects the Enterprise Value According to the Market Price

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to study the disclosure of environmental information of companies in the industrial sector and resource industries listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Effect on market value of enterprise. Population is a group of industrial products and industrial resources listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, totaling 68 companies total of 204 data were analyzed. The researcher uses the collection of financial statements. Annual registration statement (56-1 Report) and annual report during the fiscal year 2019 - 2021, totaling 3 years. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. Correlation coefficient analysis and multiple regression analysis at the significance level of 0.05.

             The study found that environmental disclosure There was no positive effect on the market value of 5 variables, namely, the ratio of market price to total assets; Return on Total Assets Debt to equity ratio Price to earnings per share ratio and the rate of return on equity Sustainability Disclosure Section It has a positive effect on the return on total assets. at a statistical significance level of 0.05. Sustainability Disclosure There is no positive effect on the market value of the enterprise in terms of the ratio of market price to total assets. Debt to equity ratio Price to earnings per share ratio and the rate of return on equity at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
