Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of School for Students with Intellectual Disabilities under the Special Education Bureau

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the level of the effectiveness of school for students with intellectual disabilities under the Special Education Bureau 2) to study the level of factors affecting school effectiveness for students with intellectual disabilities. and 3) create a forecasting equation for school effectiveness for students with intellectual disabilities under the Special Education Administration. The sample group was teachers of school with intellectual disabilities under the Special Education Bureau, academic year 2022, the sample size was determined by comparing the proportions from Craigie and Morgan's finished table. The sample group was 165 people. The research tool was a questionnaire. The confidence value of the whole questionnaire was .947, the confidence value for factors affecting school effectiveness was .929, and the confidence value for school effectiveness was .961. Data were analyzed to find statistical values, namely, frequency (Frequency), mean, percentage, standard deviation. and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1) The level of the effectiveness of school for students with intellectual disabilities under the Special Education Bureau was high level in overall. ( = 4.27, S.D. =0.56) 2) The level of factors affecting school effectiveness for students with intellectual disabilities under the Special Education Bureau was high level in overall.
( = 4.34, S.D. =0.58). And 3) Factors that can together predict school effectiveness for students with intellectual disabilities under the Special Education Bureau was found 3 variables; 1) parent and community variables, 2) school variables and 3) student variables can be written in raw score form as Y = 0.513 + 0.296(X5) + 0.309(X4) + 0.260(X3) the form of a standard score is Z = 0.339(Z5) + 0.301(Z4) + 0.295(Z3)
