Development of Payroll Accounting Information System for Personnel at Udon Thani Rajabhat University

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop the payroll accounting information system of personnel at Rajabhat Udon Thani University ,following the System Development Life Cycle methodology. The process began with studying and identifying the problems of the current system by observing the work of the personnel, conducting interviews to understand user requirements, and analyzing documents.

             The information gathered is then used to design and develop a new system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET technology, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database management system. The research found that Rajabhat University of Udon Thani has a payroll accounting information system for its personnel, which consists of 1) a system for recording system access, 2) a report on individual salaries, 3) a report on monthly salary details, and 4) user data management.
