Learning Organization of the school and Organizational Commitment of School Administrators and Teachers under Secondary Education Service Area Office Phichit

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of learning organization of school. 2) to study the level of organizational commitment of school administrators and teachers. and 3) to study the relationship between learning organization and organizational commitment of school administrators and teachers under the secondary educational service area office Phichit. The sample group was 274 school administrators and teachers under the secondary educational service area office Phichit. The research instrument was the 5-rating scale questionnaires. Analyzing the data were mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The research results were as follows:
1) Being a learning organization of school as a whole was at a high level. Considering in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the person of learning, followed by the conceptual pattern and systematic thinking, the lowest average was team learning. respectively. 2) Organizational commitment of school administrators and teachers overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the aspect of confidence, acceptance of the organization's goals and values, followed by the willingness to create organizational success. The aspect with the lowest average was the desire to maintain organizational membership.
3) The relationship between learning organization and organizational commitment of school administrators and teachers under the secondary educational service area office Phichit overall had a positive relationship at high level of correlation (r=.647**) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
