Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the motivation for the work of teachers and study the guidelines for developing the motivation for the work of teachers according to teachers' opinions under Education Development Network Group 8, Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The findings were as follow:  1. Motivation for the work of teachers under Education Development Network Group 8, Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that they were at a high level in all aspects. The side with the highest average is Hygiene factors factor and the side that the average is followed by Motivation factor. 2. The guidelines for developing the Motivation for the work of teachers according to teachers' opinions under Education Development Network Group 8, Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 has the following guidelines: The administration of the organization encourages teachers to participate in the welfare of the agency. Clearly study the abilities of each teacher. and assign tasks workload to match the ability according to the potential of each individual Treat everyone equally with equality. Organize recreational activities to make everyone interact more. allocate welfare to teachers' families when there is a problem allocate welfare money in case of personnel giving birth support in the development of progress for teachers bring democratic principles to work Accepting other people's opinions Co-create guidelines for analyzing problems and finding solutions for teachers. Working willingly and helping colleagues and accepting the opinions of others. Tasks should be distributed to all teachers so that they can fully focus on their assignments. Study the guidelines for development or promotion according to various criteria clearly and clarify and advise teachers to understand clearly.
