Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study tranformational leadership of school administrations under education development network group 8 , ratchaburi primary education service area office 1. The sample was selected from School administrators or acting in the position of school director and teachers under education deverlopmemt network group 8 , ratchaburi primary education service area office 1, a total of 152 participants. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the tranformational leadership of school administrations. The confidence value of the questionnaire was 0.984, and interview Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis.

             The findings were as follows :

  1. Tranformational leadership of school administrations under education development network group 8 , ratchaburi primary education service area office 1,as a whole and as an individual aspect were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that they were at a high level in all aspects. In descending order as follows: Consideration of the individual, Ideological influence, Inspiration, Intellectual stimulation.

          2. The guidelines for development the transformative leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of School Administrators and teachers under education development network group 8 , ratchaburi primary education service area office 1.There are guidelines as follows. School administrators must have an observational study on the work capability of personnel. Support in the work of personnel. Give advice on the work of all personnel. Perform duties responsibly. Access to friendly assistance. Make a plan and come up with a solution together. Troubleshooting actions, tracking, monitoring, collecting data on problem solving actions. Provide advice and guidelines for helping personnel Sincerely rejoice in success.
