Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the needs and guidelines for Supervision Management of School Administrators for Promote the Active Learning Management Under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population was 79 school administrators in the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2022. The tools used were a 5-point estimation questionnaire and a group discussion record form. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Required demand index and content analysis

The results of the research were as follows: 1) the whole of the current state of Supervision Management of School Administrators for Promote the Active Learning Management Under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level and the desirable condition was at the highest level. 2) Guidelines for Supervision Management of School Administrators for Promote the Active Learning Management Under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisting of 5 guidelines for teacher meeting before observation (Plan), observing class (Do), 3 guidelines for analysis and interpretation (Check), 3 guidelines for teacher meeting after Teaching (Act) 3 ways and Reflection (After Action Review) 5 ways
