Abstract

This research aimed to study the relationship between the level of the 21st Century Skills and Transformational Leadership of school directors under Bang Kho Laem district, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The samples comprised 180 teachers in schools under the Bang Kho Laem district, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using the packaging computer program. Statistical tools employed in data analysis and presented through Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05. The research findings are as follows. The samples with different educational levels had different opinions on Transformational Leadership and the 21st Century Skills were statistically related to the Transformational Leadership of school directors under Bang Kho Laem district, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration at the level of 0.05 level of significance.
