Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) Quality of Loan Service by the Government Savings Bank, Salokbat Branch, Kamphaengphet province 2) Study the relationship between service satisfaction with by the Government Savings Bank, Salokbat Branch, Kamphaengphet province 3) Study personal factors with by the Government Savings Bank, Salokbat Branch, Kamphaengphet province. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument for data collection from 400 people. The research results were 1) Quality of Loan Service by the Government Savings Bank, Salokbat Branch, Kamphaengphet province Overall high level is Angibility, Empathy, Assurance, Responsiveness and Reliability 2) Satisfaction Service relationship have Quality of Loan Service by the Government Savings Bank, Salokbat Branch, Kamphaengphet province. with a statistical significantly Level 0.05 and 3) Comparison of Personal factors to Age, Education, Status, Occupation and Income  Different affect Quality of Loan Service by the Government Savings Bank, Salokbat Branch, Kamphaengphet province, with a statistical significantly Level 0.05
