Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the relationships amoung proportion of minority shareholders, Financial Ratio, And stock price of listed company in Stock exchange of Thailand (SET) - Technology Industry Group (TIG). Data, 170 Samples, was collected from the database online of SET information system service, during the fiscal year 2018-2022, using annual and 56-1reports of TIG firms. The statistics used in data analysis were descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and reference statistics. To test the hypothesis and analyze the correlation coefficient (Pearson Correlation) and Multiple Regression Analysis. Results reveal that return on assets (ROA), gross profit margin (GPM), and earnings per share (EPS) have significantly at 0.10 and 0.01 level respectively positive relationships with sock price, but proportion of minority shareholders (FF) and dividend yield (DY) have significantly at 0.05 level negative relationships with stock price.
