Abstract

This research were aimed to investigate the study students' decision to use food delivery service and factors related to the decision to use food delivery service of students in autonomous university, Bangkok. The sample used in this research were 400 undergraduate students in autonomous university, Bangkok. A multistage random sampling method was used. Data collection with questionnaires and use a program to analyze the data. Data analysis comprised of mean, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and chi-square. The results of the study found that students in autonomous university had opinions about the overall marketing mix were at a high level. Overall, the decision to use a food delivery service was at the decision-making on a regular level. The basic data and the decision to use the food delivery service were related to gender and monthly income of students with statistical significance at the .01 and .05 levels. In addition, the marketing mix was ​​related to the decision to use food delivery service with statistical significance at the .001 level.
