Abstract

The research aimed to 1) Study motivation for employee’s job performance 2) Study demographic characteristics affecting employee’s job performance and 3) Study relationship between motivation and effect on  job performance of employees from Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited in Chonburi Province. The study format was quantitative. Sample group was 313 employees from Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited in Chonburi Province. Data was collected by questionnaire, and data was analyzed by Percentage, Mean, Frequency, Standard Deviation, T-Distribution, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result showed 1) Factor in motivation for job performance, the aspect in overall motivation was at high level ( = 4.16) and factor in motivation for job performance, the aspect of Hygiene Factor in motivation for job performance of employees from Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited in Chonburi Province overall was at high level ( = 4.14) 2) Demographic characteristics in education level, status, and different position differently affected the efficiency in job performance of employees from Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited in Chonburi Province and 3) Motivation, Motivation Factor in the aspect of acceptance, responsibility, career advancement, and Hygiene Factor in the aspect of salary or compensation, relationship with others, policy and management, and work environment affected the efficiency in job performance of employees from Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited in Chonburi Province in overall.
