Abstract

The non-creative behavior that teenagers like to do the most is to drink alcohol beverages. Every human being’s behavior has a cause or stimulus. The selling place of alcohol which is easily accessed is considered as one of the stimuli for teenagers to start drinking. As teenagers like entertainment and want to be accepted from the society, the possibility for them to buy alcohol in the selling was where alcohol is easily to be accessed which can be developed later as a drinking habit. The legal mechanisms to control the places where alcohol beverages are sold must be effective and practical. This is to reduce social problems as well as to support and develop the quality of life of those teenagers to have proper habits suitable for their age. This is for them to become the important human resources to develop the country in the future.
