Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the relationships among perceived self-efficacy, spiritual intelligence, perceived work achievement, and happiness of employees in securities company. The subjects were 140 employees in securities company in Bangkok Metropolitan. New General Self-Efficacy Scale, Spiritual Intelligence Scale, Perceived Work Achievement Scale, and CU Happiness Inventory were used to collect the data. Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient of those instruments were 0.796, 0.918, 0.844, and 0.884 respectively. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there aere positive correlations between perceived self-efficacy, spiritual intelligence, perceived work achievement, and happiness. Perceived work achievement and spiritual intelligence were accountable for 29.3 percent of securities company employees happiness.
