INFORMATION SYSTEM MANAGEMENT OF EXCELLENT LEVEL SCHOOLS IN THE THIRD EXTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE BEING UNDER SERVICE AREA OFFICE

The purposes of this research were; 1) to identify the components of Information Systems Management of Schools, under Primary Educational Service Area Office, which excellent level in the third external quality assurance, and 2) to confirm the Information Systems Management of Schools, under Primary Educational Service Area Office, which excellent level in the third external quality assurance. The population were 2,642 Schools of under Primary Educational Service Area Office, which excellent level in the third external quality assurance. The samples were 96 schools and the respondents were administrative staff and school stakeholders with the total of 261 respondents form 87 school. The instruments for collecting the data were semistructured interview and opinionnaires. The data were analyzed by content analysis, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and exploratory factor analysis.
The findings of this study were as follows:
1. The Information Systems Management of Schools, under Primary Educational Service Area Office, which excellent level in the third external quality assurance factors were 6 components: 1) The process of information systems,2) Controlling and evaluation of information system, 3) Good governance administration, 4) Decentralization according to school structure, 5) The usage of technology in the information system, 6) Sources of Information.
2. The experts confirmed that the components were accuracy, propriety, feasibility and utility.
