The Effective Administration of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) The factors of effective administration of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten 2) The confirmation results of the factors of effective administration of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten. The research process consisted of 3 steps: 1) Research on the effective administration variables of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten using content analysis from document study and expert interview. 2) Analyze the effective administration factors of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten. Data were collected by using opinionnaire from policy administrators, school director, school board, teachers, parents and other school teachers. The sample size was 291 people. Data were analyzed by content analysis and exploratory factor analysis. 3) Confirmation of the effective administration factors of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten were criticized by 5 experts from inside and outside the Air Force. The instruments used in this research were unstructured interviews, opinionnaire, and the confirmation form for experts. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factors analysis which using software packages and content analysis. 
          The results were as follows;
          1. The effective administration of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten consisted of 4 factors: 1) School administration 2) Organizational leading (administrators and Planning Features) 3) Teacher and Staff and 4) School Environment and Atmosphere 
          2. The confirmation results of the factors of effective administration of Rittiyawannalai Kindergarten showed that all 4 factors were accurate, appropriate, possible and usable.
