Abstract

This research aims to 1)to study the culture of the District Administrative Office in the province of Phetchabun. 2)to study factors that influence the effectiveness of organizational culture Management District Administrative Office in the province of Phetchabun. The population and sample The fourth sample group was first deputy head of the Finance Subdistrict 2 3 4 representing the head of the civil population. Which represents Subdistrict with knowledge. Experience in managing successful, then the total number of 416 was used to collect data: 1. Descriptive statistics are percentage Mean and Standard Deviation 2. Statistical Inference, ANOVA Analysis of multiple regression and analysis of multiple regression based on the priorities of variables into the equation depth interview. Mixed method research to test the key variables is of the opinion that independent variables include eight areas: organizational culture, values-based culture. On the basis of cultural control. Culture, lifestyle and behavior. Cultural constructive manner Culture of learning. Intelligent culture. Culture change. Culture of enlightenment by cultural factors that influence the effectiveness of management tambon administrative organization in the province of Phetchabun. The study showed that Cultural factors that influence the effectiveness of types of organizational culture Management District Administrative Office in the province of Phetchabun. 
                 The research results were as follows:
                  1) cultural factors as fundamental values in the management of Tambon Administration Organization found that the overall effectiveness of management Subdistrict community infrastructure with the average level. 
                  2) Cultural factors constructive management of Tambon Administration Organization. The overall effectiveness of the management of the Tambon Administrative aspects of disaster prevention in the high level. 
                  3) Factors culture of learning in the management of Tambon Administration Organization. The overall effectiveness of management Tambon Administration Organization of public health services at a high level. 
                  4) Factors culture change in the management of Tambon Administration Organization. The overall effectiveness of the management of the Tambon Administrative economic and social moderate. 
                  5) cultural factors Intelligent Enterprise Management District Administrative Office in the overall effectiveness of management Tambon Administration Organization. Resources and Environment is moderate. 
                  6) Factors culture of enlightenment in the management of Tambon Administration Organization. The overall effectiveness of management Tambon Administration Organization of public satisfaction with the average level. 
                   A study has found. Cultural factors as fundamental values. Cultural constructive manner Culture change Intelligent culture And a culture of learning as a factor affecting the effectiveness of the management of the District Administrative Office in Phetchabun representing 60.40 are expected to move in predicting equal. 281, which shows that when factors cultural factors as fundamental. Values Cultural constructive manner Culture change intelligent culture and a culture of learning. Rise would affect the effective management of tambon administrative organization in the province of Phetchabun.
