The objectives of this study were to 1) study the performance of school administrators under the office of the Secondary Education Service Area 2) to study the academic administration of the school. 3) to create an equation for the performance forecast of the administrators that affect the academic administration of the school. The samples used in this study were 250 school administrators and teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Educational Service Area 1. The instruments used in this research were: Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation And stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of research were found that: 1. The performance of school administrators under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 1 was at a high level. And every aspect is at every level. The average score was ranked from the lowest to the lowest. The second most important achievement was personal development and the lowest Good service, respectively. 2. Academic Administration of the School Under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 1, And every aspect is at every level. The mean scores from descending to the least were as follows: academic planning, followed by internal quality assurance and standardization. And the lowest is the average. The development or implementation of the commentary on the development of local curriculum. 3. The performance of the administrators affecting the academic administration of the school. Overall, the development of human potential (), good service (
), self-development (
) and vision (
) can predict academic administration of schools under the jurisdiction of the Office. Secondary school area (
