Abstract

The article on " Private University: Thailand 4.0 The 20-Year National Strategic Plan The model developed integrated creative Society of the 21st century learning" aims to study the model developed integrated creative Society of the 21st century learning. The results of the study concluded that "the strategic planning framework for the development of private university should emphasize important principle, i.e. the qualifications framework for national higher education attached to the National Education Act B.E. 2542 (1999) and amendments second National Education Act B.E. 2545 (2002) (version 2), including national educational standards and higher education standards for focusing on the qualification standard framework as a tool for implementing the policy in the development of quality and the standard of educational management to be in accordance with Thailand 4.0, the 20-year national strategy is the model developed integrated creative Society of the 21st century learning focus on the standard of learning outcomes of graduates (Learning Outcomes), which is a qualitative standard.
