Abstract

By using descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and analyze the data to test the hypothesis. By using T-Test, F-Test (ANOVA) statistics and statistics to find the relationship between variables. Pearson Correlation. The results showed that (1) personal factors consist of gender, age, educational background, job position and working age. Found that in terms of gender There was no difference in the opinions of the performance with statistical significance at the level of 0.05, while other factors had different investments.
