A QUALITY MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION

The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the quality management components of schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission, 2) to develop the quality management model of schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission, and 3) to assess and to certify the model of schools quality management under Office of the Basic Education Commission. The mixed research methodology is used in the study. The data teachers in 167 Schools.The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation The results of this research revealed that: 1) A quality management model of schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission consists of 7 factors and 17 indicators.
2) The results of the development of components of quality management of schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission consistent with 7 main components as follows: 1) Organization leading 2) Strategic plan 3) Student and the concerned individual focus element 4) Measurement analysis and knowledge management 5)Personnel focus element 6)Work component focus and 7) Results of operations element. and 3) The results of the evaluation and certification in the accuracy suitability feasibility and benefits of the model were at the highest average level the suitability was at 4.50 which passed the certification criteria.
