SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATION STRATEGYFOR STRENGTHEN THE MORALITY, ETHICS OF VOLUNTEERISM IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE IN BANGKOK

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study management conditions that Schools Administration for Strengthen the Morality Ethics of Volunteerism in Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok 2) to develop strategic management model for Strengthen the Morality Ethics of Volunteerism in Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok, and 3)to assess and certify the Strengthen the Morality Ethics of Volunteerism in Schools Under the Secondary  Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok. The descriptive research and mixed research method was used in the study. from 480 samples of 119 special education schools. The research instruments were semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and confirmation or certification forms through 5-rating scale questionnaires by IOC; 0.60- 1.00 discriminatory power equal to 0.34-0.85 with confidential level at 0.98.  The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics including frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation through statistical computer package. The results of this research revealed that: 1) The average is at a high level were 4 strengthen for developing students public mind include; 1.1) Strategy to promote volunteerism development policy, 1.2) Integrated learning strategy, 1.3) Strategy for participation in volunteer activities and 1.4) Moral promotion strategy ethics for volunteering. 2) The develop strategic management model for strengthen the morality ethics of volunteerism in schools under the secondary educational service area office in angkok include; of 4 strategies, 12 sub strategies and 72 techniques. and 3) The results of assessment and approval of the model in terms of accuracy, suitability, possibility and benefits from 17 experts were at a high level with a figure at 4.48 It could be concluded that the model was above the specified criteria and approved
