Guidelines for Development on Teaching and Learning innovation Through online Systems According to the threefold principles of Secondary school teachers Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the status of teachers' use of innovations in online teaching and learning according to the tri-sikkha principles, 2) to study the process of developing innovations for online teaching in accordance with the tri-sikkha principles of teachers, and 3) to propose guidelines. The use of innovations in teaching and learning through the online system according to the tri-sikkha principles of secondary school teachers Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

           The results showed that

1. Conditions of using innovations in online teaching and learning in accordance with the tri-sikkha principles of secondary school teachers Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Overall and all aspects at a high level Sorted from most to least.
2. The process of developing innovations for teaching through the online system according to the tri-sikkha principles of secondary school teachers has the following results: 1) Curriculum aspect, schools should adopt the Tri-sikkha principle to develop teachers. to obtain principles and reasons Objectives of the Threefold Principles through the online system of teachers 2)In terms of teaching, schools should organize learning activities.The development of teaching and learning for teachers according to the tri-sikkha principles is the development of physical training (silasika), the control of the learner's mind to be in a certain point (concentration sikkha), the development of intelligence to the fullest potential (panya sikkha).) learning media Schools should create a holistic view of continually improving education in new ways. called "innovation" and 4) the evaluation of learning Schools should check the quality of the teacher's online teaching process. Has achieved the goal of the development according to the tri-sikkha (Lilasikkha) is the development of the body, speech in a state of order (cittasikkha) is the training of the mind. to enter the process of intellectual development (panya sikkha) which is the development of 3 processes of wisdom: listening to course content (suttamaya panya) and contemplating online teaching (Cintamaya Wittaya) and knowledge arising from practice or practice. (Phanamayapanya)

          3. Guidelines for using innovations in online teaching and learning according to the tri-sikkha principles of secondary school teachers Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province is 1) Curriculum, teachers should lead the process of the Trisikkha Let's develop the content of the curriculum in accordance with the principles and rationale, objectives, online learning materials of teachers. 2) Teaching, teachers should organize activities to develop teaching competency according to the Threefold Principles for the development of the physical environment (Silasikkha). 3. Controlling the development of the mind at any one point (concentration sikkha), developing wisdom to its full potential (wisdom sikkha), the teacher must take into account the differences between individuals or the level of intelligence as well. Teachers should create a holistic view of continuing education through new methods through online systems and 4) on learning evaluation, namely schools should systematically monitor teacher quality.
