Abstract

The purposes of  this research were to determine 1) good governance of  administrator under  Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area  Office, 2) satisfaction of school teacher under  Samutsakhon Primary  Educational  Service  Area  Office 3)  the relationship between good  governance of  administrator  and satisfaction of  school teacher under Samutsakhon  primary  Educational Service Area Office.  The sample of this research consisted of 80 schools in Samutsakhon primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding good governance based and satisfaction of school teacher based.  The  statistics  used  were  frequency,  percentage,  arithmetic  mean, standard deviation,  and  Pearson’s  product  moment correlation coefficient
