The Managerial Skills and Learning Resources Management of School Under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the managerial skills of school under secondary educational service area office 9 2) leaning resources management of school under secondary educational service area office 9 3) The managerial skills and leaning resources management of school under secondary educational service area office 90. The sample group consisted of 52 schools under secondary educational service area office 9.  The respondent from each school consisted of a school director and a teacher, with a total of 104 respondents. The research instrument was an opinionnaire based on Griffin's concept of managerial skills and learning resources management according to the concept of the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC). The statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
