THE MANAGEMENT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER STANDARDS AFFECTING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION IN NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the management of early childhood development center standards under the local government organization in the province of Nakhon Pathom 2) to study the organizational climate under the local government organization in the province of Nakhon Pathom and, 3) to study the management of early childhood development center standards affecting the organizational climate under the local government organization in the province of Nakhon Pathom. Sample group in this research is child development center under the local government organization in Nakhon Pathom province, 114 places, total of 342 informants. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires. The data was analyzed using package program. The statistics used in data analyzing were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, hypothesis test used the analysis stepwise multiple regression analysis. 1) The management of early childhood development center standards under the local government organization in the province of Nakhon Pathom in overall was at a high level. 2)      The organizational climate under the local government organization in the province of Nakhon Pathom in overall was at a high level. 3) The management of early childhood development center standards affecting the organizational climate under the local government organization in the province of Nakhon Pathom in overall was statistical significance at 0.01 level.
