Leaning Management by Social media of Primary Schools in Chatuchak District, under Bangkok

Abstract

The objectives of Learning Management by Online Media of Primary Schools in Chatuchak District under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration are as follows: 1) to study the state of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) to study methods for development of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 3) to propose guidelines for development of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The data were collected from 148 teachers and analyzed by mean, standard deviation. And content analysis.

              The results of the study showed that:

1. 1. The opinion towards the state of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level overall and in aspects. In descending order, the highest level started with using online media in planning the learning management, followed by measurement and evaluation, learning management, and problems and obstacles of online media respectively.
2. 2. The methods for development of learning management by online media of primary schools are: to plan teaching and learning based on curriculum and indicators, to create online media by themselves and upload information through multi-media, to integrate with other subjects, to install internet system with stable signal, to design interesting teaching methods, to design flexible criteria of measurement and evaluation, to create online subjective and objective tests, to have students and their parents participate in measurement and evaluation, and teachers should improve their knowledge and skills by using online information.

3. The guidelines for development of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration are that: 1) Using online media in planning the learning management is to follow the curriculum, indicators, create media by oneself, publicize information on the media, integrate with other subjects, and cooperate with other organizations for school personnel development; 2) Using online media in learning management  is to train teachers in using variety of media, provide necessary equipments to teachers and give assistance and advice to students; 3) Using online media in measurement and evaluation is to be able to evaluate mature and immature students in online learning and to build students-parents-network in online measurement and evaluation.
