Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the condition of academic administration in the new life-based era, 2) to study the method of development of academic administration according to the trisikkha principles in the new life-based era, 3) to propose guidelines for the development of academic administration in accordance with the principles of Trisikkha in the era of the new way of life of the school, the network group promotes the efficiency of education management. Pathum Thani Province It is a combined research method. Between quantitative and qualitative research consists of quantitative research. The questionnaire was used for the sample group of school teachers and the network group promoting the effectiveness of education management. 229 people in Pathum Thani Province. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, i.e. frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. 2) Qualitative research. Interviews with administrators and teachers consisted of 6 people. Data were analyzed by content analysis.

             The results showed that;
