REQUIREMENT OF THE PARLLIAMENT MEMBER CHARACTERS IN THE OPINION OF PERSONNEL OF THE THAI RED CROSS SOCIETY

Abstract

The research on “Characteristics of Members of the House of Representatives Wishing to Meet the Perspective of the Thai Red Cross Personnel” has the objective of 1. To study desirable characteristics of members of the House of Representatives based on the attitude of the Thai Red Cross personnel. 2. To compare the desirable characteristics of the members of the House of Representatives according to the views of the Thai Red Cross personnel of different sex, age, and educational level. 3. To propose guidelines for the development of the characteristics of the desired members of the House of Representatives according to the views of the Thai Red Cross personnel. Population is the Thai Red Cross personnel. The number of 460 persons was determined by the sample size calculated by Taro Yamane’s formula. The samples were 214 people using the questionnaires which were not specified. Until complete the amount and analyze the data by finding the frequency of the questionnaires distributed without specifying until complete the number and then analyze the data by finding frequency (Percentage), mean (X) And standard deviation Standard Deviation includes t-test, One-way ANOVA. When finding the differences, the mean of each pair is tested by using the difference method. Least Significance

The research found that

        Characteristics of desirable Member of the House of Representatives as per the views of the Thai Red Cross personnel. Overall, there are 3 aspects of the viewpoint, the interpretation is at a high level. When considered by side, in order of average from highest to lowest The aspect that had the highest mean was morality and ethics. Has the highest level of interpretation, followed by knowledge Has a high level of interpretation And the least average aspect was vision. With the translation results in a high level respectively

The personnel of the Thai Red Cross have different genders, education levels. Have desirable characteristics of members of the House of Representatives Overall, the differences were statistically significant at 0.05. Outside, no differences were found.
