The Development of Educational Management Contexts in Thailand’s Locals with Moving Education Forward to the Internationalization

Abstract

This article aims to suggest four approaches to the improvement of education management in Thailand in accordance with driving education to the internationalization : 1) the role of school executives, 2) the teacher role’s, 3) the students’ role, and 4) learning environment. First, the school executives should set their policy to advocate the internationalization at their schools. Secondly, the teacher should promote more use of English in the students’ everyday life. Thirdly, the students should follow their teachers’ guidance in learning and practicing their English skills. The final suggestion is to create a positive learning environment for making English part of the students’ daily life.
