Abstract

This article has an objective to propose a knowledge about the rule of law under the scope of protecting the rights of people impacted by the government policy, by emphasizing on the issues of the relationship between the rule of law and human rights, rights and law protecting the rights of people impacted by the government policy at the levels of international, regional, and nation or constitution. And also to present challenges and recommendations on the development of the rule of law under the scope of protecting the rights of people impacted by the government policy in order to disseminate understanding of the rule of law under the scope of protecting the rights of people impacted by the government policy to the individual and the relevant agencies including the public for the benefit of establishing a knowledge-base for the development of democracy and a sustainable development, continuouslyThis article has an objective to propose a knowledge about the rule of law under the scope of protecting the rights of people impacted by the government policy, by emphasizing on the issues of the relationship between the rule of law and human rights, rights and law protecting the rights of people impacted by the government policy at the levels of international, regional, and nation or constitution.
