Legal analysis of the right to submit a complaint to the Constitutional Court: In cases of submission through the Ombudsman

The purpose of this academic paper is to present the process of the submitting complaint channels of the ombudsman before submitting to the constitutional court regarding the matters that the decision shall be made regarding its constitutionality, a person whose rights or liberties guaranteed by the Constitution are violated and the people or community urge the State agency for the protection under Chapter V Duties of the State. Such three matters must be submitted the complaint to the ombudsman prior to delivering to the constitutional court. This is to benefit the people exercising their rights to the Constitutional Court procedure as protected by the Constitution.
