Influence of Political Culture with Public Service by Public Organization in Thailand

This article aims to study the concept of political culture, which is the pattern of attitudes, values, beliefs, and feelings of individuals or groups towards politics among members of a political system, and to study the principles of public service by public organizations in Thailand as a state agency along with being responsible for providing social and cultural public services under the principle of equality, continuity, and adaptability by searching for relationships and influences on each other. The study found that political culture relates to and influences public services by public organizations in Thailand; that is, the public organization to provide public services that conform with the rule of public service on principles of democracy, causing public services by public organization in Thailand has been democracy political culture. Therefore, people involved in the public organization system realize the roles, duties, and principles of public organization, which will promote the public organization to carry out its mission by the intendment and objectives of the organization's establishment.
