ความกตัญญูกับพันธะทางการเมือง (Gratitude and Political Obligation)

Abstract

This paper tries to argue for a way to support the idea that obligations of gratitude are able to give birth to a form of political obligation.  It put the discussions done so far in a nutshell, and reevaluates them in a new light.  An important supposition in making that course acceptable is changing our understanding of the concept ‘state’ in those kinds of argument for obeying laws of the state.  The paper proposes an argument for political obligation on the basis of that understanding, and defends each of its premises.
